The nose is clean, rich, salty lemon, butter, vanilla, peach, fine smoky character.
When tasted, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, moderate acidity, juicy, with vanilla and apple aromas, with a medium-long finish.
Smooth, rich white wine with a mineral texture that is (almost) ready to drink, but will show the depth and potential of the vineyard excellently even after 2-5 years.
The recommended food pairing with the wine is monkfish, truffle, spinach.
