Botrytized natural sweet wine with clear, medium gold colour, strong and thick legs with tender motion in the glass.
Notes of blooming fruit tree flowers, a hint of mint and chamomile appears at first on the nose, with some time a full range of fruit notes shows its complexity. The extremely fruitiness explores on the palate also with spicy-honey notes beside the 188,3 g of residual sugar and the fresh, vibrant acids from 2017. Mouth feeling with stone fruit, mainly apricot and sundried fruit notes mixtures with ripe, sweet citrus flavours and definite presence of minerality and oak. The blend gets big body from the furmint, refinement from the hárslevelű and finesse from the yellow muscat.
With the pairing we can follow the traditional line with goose liver dishes or sun-dried apricot desserts. However the Szamorodni helps to emphasize the significant features of Asian cuisine.
GORGEOUS AND RICHLY INTENSE GOLDEN YELLOW. HONEYED APPLE, APRICOT, AND NECTARINE FRUITS NOTE ALONG WITH HONEY, BEES WAX, AND ORANGE MARMALADE. TOUCH OF WET STONE AND SAFFRON LIKE SPICENESS AS WELL. LUSCIOUS AND OPULENT MOUTHFEEL, YET SUPPORTED BY NICE AND PRECISE ACIDITY. GORGEOUS RIPE FRUITS GIVE ALMOST CREAMY TEXTURE. VERY CONFIDENT AND REASSURING WINE.
