Bomboly vineyard Furmint 2017

Clean and light intensity golden color with straw yellow reflexes. High viscosity. Clean and more than medium intense nose with peach and yellow apple, sweet spices like vanilla and also honey. On the palate the wine is dry but has a light sweet-bitter aftertaste makes the sip more round. Medium acidity and saltiness. Lovely character with warm spices of the oak barrel. Complex and contains everything what is necessary in a big wine. Cinnamon nutmeg and clove for the end of the long finish in rounded harmony with honey and special mineral character.

Suggested with: Langusta with a few drops of grapefruit juice and with cauliflower foam.
